Poor Kendet lost his beautiful wife, he lost her far too soon to a terrible lighting accident. He also lost the sense of who he was and almost lost his mind. He felt that he was living in a house of liquid stone without her, unbalanced, constantly shifting, dissolving, forever changing. His sadness was engulfing him. He felt he was only good for the gallows, the trap and a hood. He thought if he wrote enough love letters, and placed them on her grave, the weight of his paper love, could just be enough, to wake her up. It was not. So the Butterfly Queen sent one of her most trusted representative to watch over him. Her Loyal Lion, Ambassador Of Mourning And Loss. The loyal lion would report back that poor Kendet was having visions at night of ethereal purple misted entities stalking the woodland. And that they were beckoning him to portals of salvation or destruction in dark rooms within his liquid house.
