Hank and Frank joined the circus in Eastern Europe at a young age. They were Siamese twins so they were accepted into the circus freak show. They would do tricks for the people there until they decided they wanted to move to America and join Carnie Town. Months after they started work the toxic spill happened. They were in their sleeping quarters when they smelled something toxic. All of a sudden their room filled with green goop. They were covered in it. Their color changed and they were as bright as a highlighter. They could switch colors like a chameleon. This worked well during the escape through the sewer as they were old and didnt walk fast. They used the color changing ability to hide from enemies.
