The artefacts indicate extensive trade and cultural links between Dubai and the great civilisations of the era. And just like the ring, their connection to the world continues to be felt in ripples across time and place.

Expo 2020 Dubais iconic symbol was inspired by the ring found in the sands of Dubai, representing a land of connection and a place of cultural exchange.

The GPS coordinates return us to the beating heart of Expo 2020 Dubais world fair, where upon closing the ring was returned to the desert sands to be discovered by future generations.
