He is regularly employed by global naval defense squads to run clandestine missions where a large sub would be too detectable. His motto is No pain, no gain. Sub-Dude is able to fire off multiple wrist torpedoes simultaneously. Sub-Dude has amassed a small fortune doing pickle commercials and endorsements.
