Based on the [Fidenza by Tyler Hobbs](https://opensea.io/collection/fidenza-by-tyler-hobbs) Collection, each NOISEcomplaint consists of a corresponding Fidenza that was used as a base layer for randomized PERLIN Noise application. This method expands upon the nature of generative art by incorporating additional visual interpretations of code.
