The eighteenth demon, used by Solomon in Goetia, a magical book of unknown authorship. Bathin is said to belong to the deep realm of the fountain of flame. He is the second in Lucifer's line of messengers, and is said to be unrivaled in agility and affability among the ranks of hell.
When summoned, he appears as a strong man riding a pale horse with a serpent's tail. He knows the efficacy of medicinal herbs and gems, and has the power to transport people from country to country in a flash.
