For The Family

Take a step into this Haus (House) that we've built and see this glorious trophy room of ours. 

Navigating through Web 3 has been an interesting and inspired experience. It is a journey that has altered my life (for the better) in a way that will be with me till the end of my time. Web 3 has created the opportunity to for me to reconnect with old family and build a new one. Every week for the past 7 months I commune with an amazing group of "Aliens" in a space we've grown to call home, known as Future Surf Radio. The things we have been able to accomplish together are nothing short of remarkable and I'm grateful to find myself in community with such beautiful collective of people. We laugh, we cry, we sing, we support, we affirm and we create together in Future Surf and most importantly we lead with love. 

"For The Family" is a song I created during our 50th Episode of FSR as an ode to my loved ones and the community we've built. This was directly inspired by all of the members and most specifically my good brother, Miles Ryan Harris, who lit the fire under me. To some this may just be really good "raps" but for those who know (IYKYK), this is a reminder of the power of love. There are so many people who have graced the Future Surf space that I wasn't able to mention or incorporate into the song but know that you forever have my heart.
On days when the weight of the world is crushing me, I know that I have a place to go where I'm loved and embraced and supported. It's knowing this that keeps me ground and keeps me going.
