Jack the Clown is a very jealous clown,  he is jealous of anyone that has anything he doesn't. He thinks he deserves everything. He wants all the fame without the work. Every time he gets angry, he grinds his teeth. Him and Akoo the Clown knew each other and he despises Akoo for having the dream.
What Jack doesn't understand is when a fellow clown "makes it" you should be proud of him, you should have rooted him on, on his journey. To expect everything from everyone, with no work means you don't know what real work looks like. Akoo worked his hardest for that spot. Remember just because someone Is in a "good place" doesn't mean they didn't work for it, and just because someone is in a "bad place" doesn't mean they should move up ranks for free.
