This Being is minted as one of eight Beings that will act as instalments towards the purchase of the Known_Being by p0ng with physical attached. https://knownorigin.io/gallery/16788000-known-being

This initial sale is intended solely toward GMI Studio and will not grant any other holders any other bonuses or utility.
 
Upon collection of all 8 Unknown Beings, the Known_Being NFT will be sent to GMI Studio and the physical will be shipped or hand delivered within a timely fashion agreed upon by both parties. 

If the price of $Eth drops below $1000 USD the remaining NFTs prices will be adjusted to reflect the sale of the Unkown_Being at 2 $Eth or $2000 USD total (divided into 8 payments / tokens) 

If the Known_Being sells at 10 Eth (what the current listing has been changed to from the agreed price of 2 Eth) before GMI Studio collects all 8 Unkown_Beings, all Eth spent will be returned to GMI Studio and they may keep the tokens collected + we will eat steak dinner at Peter Lugers Steak House in Brooklyn New York, p0ng's treat!  

GMI Studio is free to burn, sell, or gift this NFT after initial sale but it will not provide any utility (other then art) to any other parties. (DM @r0bp on Twitter to be added to collector's list)
