Somewhere Far Away

Somewhere Far Away is an emotional, bass heavy, dark electronic pop song about depression, and inner turmoil.  

The lyrics of this song spilled out of me at 2am one night in a moment of pain and sadness.  I am just grateful to be able to channel this pain into art...

When we have depression or intense moments of sadness, we sometimes feel like we want to run away from everything.  Life can feel overwhelming, and like the only escape is leaving everyone, and everything we know behind.  

Somewhere Far Away is about the impossible dream of running away to a place where everything magically feels better. 

No one knows what its like to be you, or be in your mind.  No matter how easy you life might seem, if youre up at night having panic attacks, or suffering from any mental illness it can be hard to live even the cushiest, most blessed life.
