Perhaps the most eye-catching sight amongst NeoTokyo's bright and cluttered skyline, Sakura's Rest is the Arai family's sanctuary within the clouds. The Villa is named after the vibrant groves of Sakura trees that encase the property, which have been genetically engineered to blossom all year round, casting a pink hue that extends over the grounds.

Renowned amongst the socialites within the elite of NeoTokyo for their extravagant parties and dinners, the Arai Villa is almost as famous as the events that occur within its walls. Upon entering from the private landing pad, guests are ushered through the torii gates and along the Guzei Bridge over a seemingly magical red and pink lake below.

Complete with an intricate statue of a red dragon said to protect those in its presence, the property boasts vast grounds for the guests to wander, though the crowds always flock to the Villa's interior. Possessing two spacious bar and dining areas, a small auditorium, and, most notably, an indoor diving tank home to a host of species of marine life, the Sakura's Rest has more than made a name for itself throughout NeoTokyo.
