Con el futuro en mis manos me levant y vi como las marionetas se entregaron a la garra y cuerda de un ser desconocido. Los maniques bailaban de un modo ldico. Juguetn, pero con una sapidez oculta de envidia amarga y odio avinagrado. El titiritero era una criatura colosal, fuerte y misteriosa como un mar de rboles milenarios. Sus colmillos tan afilados y amenazantes como una ola de cuchillas oxidadas.

Formando una sonrisa tan pcara y desvergonzada que solo podr describirla como prohibida y libre de pavor. Sus ojos eran como remolinos hipnotizadores que no parecan terminar. Un tercer ojo sobresala como una llaga podrida en la frente de la bestia y penetraba el alma de todas sus vctimas, incluso la ma.

Siete manos llamadas fraude, extorsin, impunidad, soborno, despotismo, nepotismo y malversacin controlaban a los tiranos de doble cara, que parecan inconscientes de esta presencia omnipotente que les rodeaba. Mi vista luego se clav en la profundidad de la desesperacin, donde me encontr con los ms sufridos, los inocentes:

Perfiles humanos que se retorcan en el jugo de dinero cido y las brasas de la ignorancia. Mrbida curiosidad le gano a mi terror y escuch a la bestia rugir:

Me di vuelta y corr hacia la puerta, solo para enterarme de que estaba atrapado en el pantano de la traicin. Me hund y lo ltimo que toc el aire era mi mano. Sent cmo el futuro se desvaneci en mi palma...

Como un vistazo lejano hacia la profundidad de una orilla de mar...
