Hazratbal Shrine, located in Srinagar, Kashmir, is one of the most revered Muslim shrines in India. It houses a relic believed to be a hair strand from the beard of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). 

The shrine boasts a stunning blend of Mughal and Persian architectural styles. Its pristine white marble facade, intricate calligraphy, and elegant domes make it an architectural marvel. Its architectural elements reflect the rich history and cultural heritage of Kashmir, showcasing the craftsmanship and artistic excellence of the region.

Below, the defeated lie scattered, the debris of humanity crushed beneath the wheels of war, while survivors bear witness to their home"s brutal subjugation.

The skies above swirl with a tumultuous dance of vultures, basking in the city"s last light, their circling forms a grim chorus to Carthage"s tragic opera. 

"Carthage in Chains" is not merely a portrayal of a city"s physical destruction but an elegy for the silenced voices and broken spirits of a once-great civilization, now forever lost to the echoes of history.

At night, in the quiet symphony of the airport where whispers of departure and arrival intertwine, I came across a scene that intrigued me greatly. A man appeared absorbed in a world of his own, perhaps sharing tales of journeys past or planning a new adventure. Despite the dynamic surroundings, the photograph exudes peace and tranquility, creating a remarkable harmony between the subject and the environment. Red Angel Eyes

Sailing in Disko Bay was a dream come true, what an experience that was! After years of planning & cancellations, in September 2022 it was finally my time!

The icebergs in the Ilulissat Ice fjord are incredibly massive and majestic to see, often reaching several hundred feet in height. They originate from the Sermeq Kujalleq Glacier, one of the most active glaciers in the world, and are a result of ice calving. Ice calving is the process by which large chunks of ice break off from the glacier's edge and float into the fjord and eventually out into the sea. Getting up close and sailing around them was a thrilling experience.

There was only one way I could document this to show the beauty of the ice fjord, by drone! If you are not afraid of wind, landing on a moving vessel, GPS issues, then you are good to go! The sun came through the clouds just a bit to give some colors to the sky and sea which resonate so well with the red sails. Both sailboats can be seen sailing together in harmony around the ice bergs, hence the name of this artwork; In Harmony.
