Music is a universal language--truly loved by all. Through creating this song, both Morgxn and I were able to find some peace during these tumultuous times.  

The origin story: The introduction actually began at a Halloween party hosted at Charli XCX's home. Fast forward to the pandemic, Morgxn sends me a very special vocal he had written in London just before the lockdown. The message and lyrics resonated so deeply that I had to create a song that truly represented how I felt.

Though the song was written before our society shutdown--it had more meaning during.  This song is about the idea of craving touch that feels euphoric and cathartic. After dealing with 2 years of physical separation from our loved ones, this song is a celebration of togetherness and our love for each other.

"Wrong Way" is about being unsure. It"s about not knowing if the path you"re choosing is the right one, but continuing along it either way. It"s about the feeling i get when i have 5 different feelings clashing at once (or something like that). It"s like reaching the top of a hill, only to find a greater challenge ahead of you. It"s an unexplainable feeling, and i hope the mood of this song will convey it to people. 
I want to be able to express more of my roots musically, and express the things that sit on my mind usually. I"m not good at writing how i feel out, so im hoping this will help. This is such a small piece to the puzzle, but i hope the picture will start to show with a few more pieces coming soon.
What"s most important is that i appreciate everyone and anyone that is/ will be apart of this. I can"t wait to show whats next.

Hi my name is Sage and go by the music alias Devault. I"m an electronic musician from California and this is my first step into the NFT Space! This song initially was made to be a part of my recent dark tape Diamond but felt better as a song that can sit in its own world. It pays homage to a lot of 90"s/2000"s UK breakbeat sounds and I think the song as an instrumental tells its story nicely.

After watching my friends and peers dive into web3, I saw so much potential in a new space & wanted to make sure my step into it was authentic. Sound.xyz is such a great first step into this world and I couldnt be more excited to be here. I"m currently working on a music NFT project that revolves around his 4 mixtapes jade, sapphire, ruby & diamond. I always had a keen eye for collaboration with visual artists and creatives. My music videos and content are always held to a high standard and this upcoming project is a result of the years of my vision coming to life.

Im grentperez and Im a 20 year old artist from Western Sydney, Australia. My music is heavily inspired by a lot of the music I listened to growing up such as, The Eagles, Bread, Musiq Soulchild and Frank Ocean

I released my first demo music in summer of 2020, moving into official releases throughout 2021 and since then my music has been reaching audiences all around the world and Im currently undergoing my first tour ever. 

Im absolutely thrilled to be minting my genesis NFT and exploring the Web 3.0 world with Music NFTs which Ive been following for some time and I truly believe this is an exciting new world for artists.  

This record Wishful Thinking is about a relationship thats yet to be, to daydream a lifetime"s worth of love from the first moment you met that special someone. I thought of this song as if I lived in a world where I didnt ask my current partner out, how Id probably spend my days wandering around. This song was also heavily influenced by cheesy 2000s movies, such as 13 going on 30 / suddenly 30.

Boys Noize

My name is Alex aka Boys Noize, DJ & producer from Berlin, Germany. I started to DJ in clubs when I was 16. As a teenager I was working in a house and techno record store, so when I started to make my own music I decided to create my own label to be 100% independent. The music was released through limited presses of vinyl - it was music for DJs only. You were only able to find the music in a select network of house & techno record stores around the world. 

After the first few releases, well known DJs started to play my tracks in their sets, and I suddenly was getting booked both as DJ and to remix the likes of Depeche Mode and Daft Punk (!!). Out of the 100 remixes Ive done there were indeed some hits, and these propelled me to big stages like Coachella and Glastonbury and studio sessions with A$AP Rocky, Bon Iver, Frank Ocean and Lady Gaga.It still feels surreal to think about where it all started.

This brings me to my release today. Cwejman is a classic Boys Noize banger - unreleased until now - and its a big one in my current DJ sets. The name "Cwejman" comes from one of my modules in my modular system that I"ve used to create the main sound of this track. 

Bringing limited editions to the digital age gives me the same vibes I had in my early days when I spent all my money on limited vinyl presses. Every DJ knows the feeling of dropping something rare in their sets, something that few others have. Offering DJs that feeling again while supporting artists is the magic of Sound.xyz

All of the music that I write is extremely autobiographical. My goal is always to dig deeper within myself because thats where I feel everything starts when it comes to change in the world. It always begins within ourselves, I know the more transparent I can be with my experiences the more I can affect the world in a positive manner. I dont open up too much so my music is almost like public therapy for me. 

This song captures my story from the beginning, my current lifestyle, and my future goals. When I think about my history, my ancestry, and my roots I feel a deep sense of pride and am very thankful for where I am today. Most of us are more privileged than we realize, especially by simply having access to computers as well as having the knowledge and foresight to be using them in this way... ie. Web3 etc. 

Ive been waiting for the right time to drop this one as it is very special to me, and I hope everyone else feels the vibes and raw emotion in it as well.

Hi guys :) Im sophia alexa, Im an artist and songwriter born in california and raised in amsterdam, now living in london. ive had a love of songwriting since the day my obsession with Joni Mitchell started. growing up all I listened to was 70s music while writing songs at my kitchen table and I never thought Id be releasing them. i wrote buried alive at a time when i had become a bit of a hoarder, and id hold on to everything, down to pamphlets from a doctors office to every journal Ive written in. it was a strange sentimental attachment to everything i owned. i wondered why people, including me, attach themselves to things, and its more than materialism, its having something permanent. the title came from this tv show called buried alive about hoarders and in a way i related to them trying to fill some void or emotion with possessions.
