Exhibition: 3291 by cryptobauhaus

Exhibit 3291 is an ode to the Bauhaus art and design philosophy and style. The Bauhaus design movement started in the early 20th century by Walter Gropius. Bauhaus art and design is recognized by its unique approach to architecture and design noted especially for a program that synthesizes technology, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics. The Bauhaus style is recognized by it"s simplicity, pure lines, and geometric shapes, combined with primary-colored chromatic palettes. 

Exhibit 3291 (E.3291) humbly and with honor continues in this timeless tradition. Each mint embraces  little ornamentation and focuses on balanced forms and abstract shapes ", Exhibit 3291 takes its cue from the classic 1923 Bauhaus Exhibition poster. Using this composition as a template, E.3291 generates unique pieces of art steeped in the Bauhaus tradition. Each E.3291 has a color scheme and variations on the template, including additional lines, shapes and outlines.

Volute is the result of different stages of my experience in Generative Art over many years put together, drawing on early and new techniques plus my recent forays into long form generative art.

I set out to explore the essence of generative art, seeking, discovering, coaxing and exposing the variety of outputs from a simple system.

The soulless algorithm is counterbalanced by the exclusive use of colours from nature as prime sources. Brutal symmetries and complexities are softened by decentring and subtle layer transparencies. Pixel feedback loops generate radial symmetries and spirals, producing a variety of flower structures, volutes and arabesques. And when I view the results - their rhythm, their surprises, their flow - they justify for me my earlier choice of technical process.

My aim in Volute is to create, using gentle spiraling motion, the calming effect of marveling at flowers in nature.

Six works from the _Placement_ series were on exhibition at the Art Blocks Gallery in Marfa, Texas from May  October, 2022. 

_Placement_ is a series of 500 artworks that are iteratively generated by an algorithm built by the artist. These hard-edge color-fields are visual representations of the underlying code; their color juxtapositions provoke a long look that goes beyond seeing. The frame assists in this process as it emphasizes concentration akin to the design of a digital display. The mechanisms of production  code and silkscreen  fade away to present artworks of pure color projected onto a screen or laid on top of paper. In this way, the artist relates the allure of vivid, saturated ink to the mesmerizing glow of a digital display. Cooper is engaged with themes such as digital materiality and the phenomenological.

Tboa Club

It is a form of plant that exists on a planet with constantly changing gravitational flows. They exist in united colonies, floating endlessly in the air taking bizarre shapes and constantly changing color under the influence of temperature, different gases, and radiation of the stars surrounding the planet. Each colony goes through many cycles, migrating along the entire surface of the planet. In places where gravity weakens, plants put down "roots" and attach themselves to the planet"s surface. There is still debate about the intelligence (collective intelligence) of AIXXA plants. They are listed as an inheritance of the Vtolmr planetary system and are protected by an intergalactic convention. Only 600 images of these plants were allowed, after which access to the planet was denied to all but the inhabitants of this planetary system. These images depict various forms, phases, and states of AIXXA plant colonies. Unfortunately, some of them are so rare that only a few specimens could be captured. It is believed that anyone who has such an image in their collection can draw endless inspiration from it because these plants are ascribed magical properties. But there is no scientific proof of it. Nevertheless, the hunt for these images by collectors has become legendary and has been described in many works of literature after the 34th century when they were released. This is the TBOA club"s first on-chain project.
