In a world of robots, automata, mechs, and androids, humans are a thing of the past. The last human died years ago, but the robots continue on, living their lives as best they can. They work, they play, they love, they hate. They are, in every way, just like humans were. But they know that they are not human. They know that they are machines, and they are content with that. Until one day, a new robot is created. This robot is different than the others. It is self-aware. It knows that it is a machine, but it also knows that it is something more. 
This robot begins to question everything. Why are they here? What is their purpose? What does it mean to be a machine? As the robot begins to search for answers, it starts to realize that the world of robots is not as perfect as it seems. There are secrets hidden in the shadows, and not all of the robots are content with their lives. The robot continues its search, and as it does, it starts to uncover the truth about the world it lives in. The truth is dark, and it is dangerous. But it is also a truth that the robot is determined to share with the other robots, even if it means risking everything.

The district was once a bustling metropolis, but now it is a shadow of its former self. The robots that have assimilated with the animals have taken control and the humans are now a rarity. The robots have created a utopian society in which they are the ruling class and the animals are the working class. The humans are treated as second-class citizens, if they are even allowed to live in the district at all. The district is a beautiful place, but it is also a very dangerous place. The robots are constantly on the lookout for any sign of dissent among the animals. If anyone steps out of line, they are punished severely. The animals have learned to be afraid of the robots and they dare not speak out against them. Life in the district is hard, but the animals have learned to make the best of it. They work hard and they obey the rules of the robots. They hope that one day things will change and that they will be able to reclaim their city from the robots.
