Arama Genesis OE - Feel So Close

Im a multi platinum singer/songwriter and this is my creative take on Calvin Harris' Feel So Close. It's my genesis digital collectible and available as an open edition free mint to the finest collectors in the space.

Calvin Harris music has deeply impacted me over the past decade and it was fun to reimagine the song in a more soulful way. It's especially important as I've branched out from a professional songwriter/singer role to have more creative autonomy and this is the first song I've produced/released on my own. I put my heart and soul into this song and Im thrilled to share it with my web3 fam as a kickoff to new releases and creations to come.

Box Breath

On this Equinox, when the earth is in perfect balance with equal hours of light & dark, we have the opportunity to align with the balance of nature. One of my favorite ways to do this is through breathwork and I want to share this simple practice with you.

The box breath has four parts, each done for four counts. Sometimes I like to imagine that I"m drawing a square in my mind as I practice each part.

Box breath steps:

 inhale for a count of 4
 hold for a count of 4
 exhale for a count of 4
 hold for a count of 4

 repeat four rounds 

This practice is balancing and stabilizing for your nervous system. As you settle into your rhythm of breathing, may you feel it harmonize your body & mind. It is a great practice to return to anytime you feel scattered, stressed or in need of grounding. I recommend completing four rounds to feel a shift in your energy.

Box Breath 2

Focus

In a society that exploits our attention and leads us to believe in external authority, it takes intentional effort to tune out distractions. Owning where we direct our attention is an exercise of personal power that liberates us from sources that are draining. Focus is a reminder that the answers we need are inside and when we trust that, we build confidence and tap into our own magic.

This song was a journey to finish. As someone who lives with ADHD, completing projects can be my biggest obstacle. I wrote Focus as a reminder that no matter what challenges we face, if we focus on a positive outcome and keep going one step at a time, well get to our destination.

On June 8th, I released my debut single Focus as part of music platform re-launch. After receiving so many messages of people vibing with the song, I decided to burn that 1/1 and offer editions on a platform I love and share with those who resonate with it.

Written, recorded, produced and artwork designed by me.

Versions of Me (LIVE)

When I initially released Versions of Me, it was truly an experience of stepping into a season of reflection and actively affirming what I deserve and the beautiful things to come. 

This LIVE flip is a labor of love and came together so beautifully. It"s just one example of the progress of my journey, and reaffirms that I"m on the right path.
