Space and Time

Space and Time is the first song in a series of NFTs to be released with Sound.xyz. The lyrics were inspired by the beauty of solitude and the struggle of protecting our energy from outside influences. 
This felt like a relevant theme for my first music release in the NFT space which thrives on autonomy and artistic freedom.

Space and Time is an edition of 25.  Hidden within the editions is a Golden Egg, which will entitle the winner to a 1/1 SKULLY from my main collection.

ESSS (Love the Space)

ESSS (Love the Space)... named for the Ethiopian Space Science Society, reimagining it as a far away outpost, transmitting clarion calls to interstellar ancestors, past and future. A juxtaposition of ancient and future; origin earth and timeless space; reality and our imaginations.

Building from of a brooding bassline built off a "qenet" with a raw afro-beat pulse underpinning the interplayed trumpets and pianos, sending their encoded messages out across the spacewaves...

welcome to our second of 8 drops (!) for [$BUYBACK Emerald] with Mashibeats - the web3 music-creator community I founded. We"re taking this opportunity to invite you as a music NFT collector, to be part of our community.

There"s two goals in mind for [$BUYBACK Emerald]. 

GOAL 1: increase governance membership of Mashibeats 
- every collector of this NFT can claim an airdrop of 40 $BUYBACK, representing governance in Mashibeats

GOAL 2: building the community treasury which $BUYBACK holders have voting power over
- 70% of funds from this drop go directly to the Mashibeats treasury. Over the 8 drops we aim to raise around 5 ETH, to then have community join in making proposals for $BUYBACK holders to vote on. 

Holders also curate and A&R by way of voting - our recently released remix contest winners vinyl and NFTs having been all decided by $BUYBACK members - curation by community
