Raiders exist on the fringes of the Wasteland. Lawless, tribal, sunburnt and smelly, the Raiders spend their days scavenging the Wasteland for any resource they can get their hands on. They are highly resourceful, inventive, clever, if not smart, and prone to a brutish sense of humor and a fondness for tacos of dubious origin.

Beyond their ability to enforce Marauder Law, protect the Warlords and punish the weak, Enforcers act as the connective tissue between the resource-gathering Raiders and the resource-hoarding Warlords.
