Through trials, troubles, and despair
My friendship with myself is like a sacred bond,  
An unbreakable connection, one that"s long been fond.  
It"s healing powers are that which I rely,  
It soothes my depression, it helps me to fly.  
My inner self nurtures, like a branch of green leaves,  
Together we flourish, like a strong rooted tree.

Poem:

A girl and her butterfly,
Dancing in the summer sky,
Whispers of freedom,
In each other"s eye.

Touched by the sun"s golden brush,
In a world where time seems to hush,
They twirl and swirl in joyful flight,
Their bond a pure and wondrous sight.
