Medallions is an AI genealogy art collection.

Each artwork is a visual emanation (descendent) of an earlier work. Medallions Gen 1 (20 total, #2-21) are direct emanations of the Genesis Medallion. Medallions Gen 2 (80 total, #22-101) are emanations of Medallions Gen 1, and likewise Medallions Gen 3 (320 total, starting with #102) are emanations of Gen 2. Taken further, every artwork in the collection is an emanation of the Genesis Medallion.

There are a total of 421 Medallions.

The collection is also a mirror of the AI image generation process. As variations of an image in Midjourney are produced in 4-image quadrants, so each Medallion creates 4 emanations of itself.
