- royalties are set to 69% 
- all new listed nfts (floor) are burned in intervals
(Average sales in the 10 minute period < Average sales in the 10 previous minute period)

When the price is increasing in a 10 minute interval
- royalties set back to 9%
- listed nfts will not be burned and sales can be sold like normal
- profits will be reinvested back into the burning
