This is a place I come very often to photograph. The light really enhances the architectural elements and surrounding buildings. The human element pops up due to the color contrast and the leading lines make the image flow very nicely.

"R1C2" is a VR mosaic of human and computer interpretations of an original abstract painting. A neural network generated imagery in response to the ambiguous picture, which an audience curated based on their own perceptions. The resulting visuals have a fuzzy character, but they can be stitched together to produce larger landscapes with uncanny, lifelike qualities.   
     
My process for building these collages can best be described as a reverse puzzle, where the look of the pieces guide what I decide the image will become. The results mirror the look of space photography, in which massive pictures of the most distant features we can measure are assembled into larger, coherent images. Nothing is darker than space. Exploring it parallels the creative process, as both are acts of drawing out clarity from an ambiguous background.

*Color Blinds Study* is a series of moving pieces, exploring the sensation of light moving through a striped material. As a child, I loved the patterns you would see through venetian blinds, and this project is based loosely on that sense of wonder  how materials can abstract and transform light.  The work explores color, light, sunsets, gradients and graphical forms.   With these moving works, Im particularly interested in transformation and memory, how simple elements change and new combinations emerge based on what youve just seen, and the kind of electrical, kinetic energy that can come from change.

A smile worth Alotta Money is an oil painting, depicting the late Philippe Fatoux a.k.a Alotta Money, one of the most important crypto artists on the NFT scene.

Alotta was recognised for his sharp-witted takes on society, his refreshingly satirical usage of classical art, and his fondness for creative experimentation.

Since he was a child, Philippe was drawn to creativity and spent much of his time doodling and drawing and at the age of eighteen he entered professional circles as a graphic artist creating his first comic books for a publisher.

Soon after, he left the corporate world to embark on his own art endeavour and began so by creating Twitter banners. By communicating with people to help create the art they wanted and express themselves he enriched his own freedom of expression. He expanded his digital artistry by working for, and with key crypto individuals, including John McAfee, Michael Saylor, and Kathie Wood. He loved connecting with people, and this gave him an ability to understand people and channel what they wanted to portray with their art, as well as his own art.

Through the world of crypto currencies, he found the world of NFTs where he made a monumental impact on the community and the art movement. He minted his first NFT in 2019 and became a very prolific artist with an exceptionally recognisable style. Additionally, Phillipe became impactful in the metaverse circles by designing and building in CryptoVoxels.

His website bio says,Crypto Artist, Voxels architect, Photoshop Priest, VR&AR Maximalist, NFT Machine & Most Humble Visual Orgasm Provider in the Space.

This perfectly reflects his personality and sense of humour.

Alotta Money was a friend and a legend to us all. With his art and with his words he always put a smile on everybodys face. His portrait, a free OE mint, aims to spread the word of Phillipe across the fast growing NFT community and to preserve the memory of this iconic artist.
