Flower Sand

Flower Sand is a collection consisting of 100 moving image works. It explores vibrant colours and fluid movements inspired by nature, using AI-generated imagery and motion simulation. Using leading generative AI models, the generated AI flowers are diverse as well as sophisticated. Repurposing them with fluid particles results in generative sculptures. The work depicts the beauty of nature generated by algorithms, representing our connection to the natural world in the age of artificial intelligence. In addition, this work lets the viewer reflect on critical questions in such an age encompassing collective creativity and ownership.

Paying homage to the projects and 1/1 artists that inspired me throughout 2022 in this action-packed class photo.

In a year where it seemed that we were all struggling to survive in a difficult market, I wanted to create something that would serve as a reminder of the passion and drive that brought us all here. This piece is a celebration of the enduring power of art to uplift and inspire us, even in the darkest of times.

Tiny noun faces are exactly that - noun faces that are tiny. 

1420 18x18 pixel faces with Nounish features and CC0 traits that make great pfps.

The project seeks to distil the Nounish characteristics down to the core elements. 

Each trait uses the minimum amount of pixels to convey a feature: it is an exercise in extreme creative constraints.
