These guerilla headquarters function as the base of operations for the Renegades who one day hope to bring back human domination over animal and cyborg life. Belonging to a reclusive noble, this mansion hosts beautiful mosaics now riddled with bullet holes, lavish gardens now growing poisonous flowers, and grand ballrooms now operating as makeshift control centers for destructive missions.

Mysteriously lodging the citys Sweepers, no organic lifeform has ever crossed the entryway of this unknown home. Sweepers peer out at the city at all hours of the day, but what goes on inside is hotly debated amongst citizens. Do the Sweepers sleep in their off time? Party? Strategize? Train? Keen observers will take note of one oddity in particular: new Sweepers who never entered the premises will occasionally emerge to perform their duties.

While they still release console and computer games if the idea strikes their fancy, the level of immersion they achieve is what they are most acclaimed for. Not everyone who works here is possessed by a demon, but most are. This bureaucratic building handles many of the most important day to day functions that help document the citys operations. Feeeeed meeeee!'... a growling voice vomits out whenever you withdraw money. While cash is rare within Celeste, sometimes its helpful to have on hand. These semi-sentient machines always take a small transaction fee to feed their money-hungry programming. Dont feel bad, theyre insatiable.

Run by a supposed vampire, gambling here requires you to bet years of your life which can either leave you with an extra century to age gracefully - or teetering on the brink of death.
