State of Mental Health

2022 has been a challenging one for me. Some of the most anxiety and depression I have felt for a while.

I made this video several years back to share my story of how I was dealing with my mental health. Even through the most difficult of times, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

We will get overcome.
