The original version of Around The House came out in 2006 and really was the start of my music career. This track has a special place in my heart and you can still hear it in my DJ sets from time to time.

It only makes sense to release this completely reproduced, mixed and remastered version as
my GENESIS music NFT exclusively on  Sound.xyz The circle is now complete Darth Vader would say.

No One Knows Me Like You (Kabuki Remix)

Hip Hop, Jungle and UK Bass are musical siblings, eternally connected through their cultural roots. So it is no coincidence that the heart of Kabuki beats for all of these seemingly disparate genres. For more than 20 years his music productions covered the full spectrum of beat science, but misty-eyed nostalgia isnt Kabukis thing. Instead, he is more interested in the present and future of electronic music. And more than style and aesthetics he is in pursuit of the elusive element that keeps it all moving: the soul

For me a good remix should showcase an aspect of the original that went by unnoticed. So my first course of action was to familiarise myself with the source material in search of a creative spark. I eventually found a background vocal which became the nucleus of the track, adding a completely new twist to the melody by means of reharmonisation. I also wanted to expand on the UK Garage vibe of the original by adding a Jungle twist and paying homage to my. roots. The end result stays true to the original while sitting comfortably between all genre definitions.

Kola Champagne

Excited to share my genesis drop on Sound.xyz titled Kola Champagne. I made this track during the winter of 2017 when I first started learning how to produce music.

I spent a lot of my summers growing up in Jamaica. At an early age I was exposed to large music events, that would later inspire me to want to make music. Too young to drink, "Kola Champagne" was a staple beverage growing up, and holds many memories.

 I wanted to create a song that brought the warmth of the tropics and fuse it with a Northern touch. This song allowed me to experiment with writing styles, production styles and vocal techniques and remains one of my favourite songs.

how do u feel?

I dont always like the world Im in so I build my own. Wherever I go. Ive always found escape in music when the world around me got scary or disappointing. My earliest memories are of being alone with my CD player and imagining things in my head  like playing shows with giant crowds and my guitar. I felt a lot of pain and rejection, and created my own reality where someone like me is a superstar. 

I created Krash World, a magical world made in my own image loosely based on reality, back in 2019. Its a world for anyone feels out of place to be a superstar. I want to show kids and adults alike that they dont have to fit into anything, they can carve out their own space.



how do u feel? is my take on 80s synth pop/rock. my most recent explorations have been with four on the floor kick patterns, simple dance-inspired drums, groove and lots of room for vocals to shine. 

i made this song reflecting on myself and failed relationships, desire and love addiction. if you ever felt like theres a person you just cant seem to shake emotionally even after a breakup, this song is for you. i reflect the idea that you can become addicted to a person just like someone might be addicted to drugs or alcohol or caffeine, and what that feels like. 


theres a desperation to these feelings that is equally intoxicating and irritating. theres a lot of double meanings throughout the song, reflecting the dual nature of love, desire and love addiction. red is the color that came up when i listened back to the song and it was the perfect tone for the feeling i got. red can mean STOP, danger, anger, and blood or it can stand for love and desire.
