WAGDIE: A Knight is Born

Member of the Concord of Seers, the Archmagus is a renown inventor and chronicler, documenting events of the past through the use of memory tomes. In the 18th cycle, through mnemonic projection, he helps the Lost Pilgrim navigate his resurfaced tower.

Harbinger of joyous revelry one day, herald of ignominy the next, Iko is as unpredictable as he is unexplainable: no one knows from where he came or how he appears. Some claim to have seen him materialize from thin air under the light of a full moon.

Iko the Fool

A chief dignitary of the Council of Druids who expresses his opine on current affairs by inscribing it upon a stone column. Travelers from across the land make pilgrimage to "Senatoshi's Stone" to glean his judicious thoughts.

Senatoshi the Silent

Explorer and chronicler of the Forsaken Lands, protagonist awoke at the start of the 18th cycle alongside many others at the Church of Her. He believes it to be his destiny to uncover the mysteries of the Appendices of the 17 while journeying with the Lost Pilgrim in the unraveling events of this significant cycle.

Blooming and shedding during the Avaledileo festival, this toadstool's unique molecular composition allows it to absorb and redirect inordinate amounts of impact. Folklore maintains its use as shields by the mystical Druid Sentinels.

Cap of the Cheebrae

Scalp scales shed by elder Lonari undergo calcification at a extreme level. Fashioned into an impenetrable crust, this encircling collar deflects enemy blades and projectiles with the added benefit of enabling its wearer to remain buoyant at all times.

Lonari Usekh

A crystalized nucleus formed once every cycle from the Polliwogs of Naym. Imbued with swathes of divination magic, activating its source creates unknown effects. Also makes a nice souvenir.

Orb of Naym

Forged in felfrost by lost ancient craft, Dark Weave is bound in enchanted throes, allowing the host to conjure and dispel her at will. Myth upholds the armament's sentience, with past wearers' sudden bouts of insanity seen as her rejection of their ownership.

An ornate shield encircled by steel ouroboros. A fully intact Nameless Serpent's scale has been emblazoned on its boss, disorienting all who gaze upon its surface. After every battle, blood has been found to inexplicably secrete from the fangs...

A diminutive hobgoblin who peregrinates across the Library, leaving miscellaneous goods for others to collect. Despite the charitable nature of his proclivities, he is oft irascible, preferring to operate out of sight and contact.

Mingrot the Purveyor

She presides over the hospice of the Stalwart, tending to its incapacitated guests who whisper fantastical tales of her moonlighting as a warrior maiden. A beguiling smile creeps upon her lips before quickly vanishing as she continues about her work.

Lady of the Infirmary

Former philologist turned operator of the Forsaken Lands, Ordaeus heads the effort to catalogue the languages of the realm and decipher the elusive writings of the Striver.

We Are All Going to Die

 Elder patriarch of a great House in the Southern Plains. A purveyor of historic texts, his favorite pastime involves reading to his grandchildren in the 22nd cycle.

Grandfather Druid 

An apothecary and former member of the Plague Watch, renown for his tinctures and occult remedies treating a wide breath of malaise.

Forgotten are the events related to his fall from grace as it was accompanied by a systematic erasure of his entire records, up to his very name. The few who remember now call him the Blightminder.
