Each artwork is a surreal food portrait and incorporates elements of exaggeration, hyperbolicity, excess, and superabundance - distinctive qualities of the grotesque style.
These extraordinary beings - part human and part food - illustrate the complex relationship we share with our meals.
They demonstrate that "WE ARE WHAT WE EAT" and that food choices can take us down unanticipated paths; they might blur the distinction between grotesqueness and beauty.
The audience is invited to consider the nature of existence as components forming perceptions of reality.
The collection will feature 50 exclusive 1/1 pieces, introduced slowly, after the initial drop of one nft with 100 editions.

Ironjaw Hide is a towering warrior, a perfect example of the grotesque style that is embraced by the collection. He is a being that is both human and food, and he embodies the exaggeration, hyperbolicity, excessiveness, and superabundance that are characteristic of the grotesque. His skin is made of tough wheat, his muscles are made of thick pasta. His face is scarred from countless battles, but his eyes are still sharp and full of fire. His clothes are made of lettuce, edible green leaves, and tomatoes. All of these foods are delicious and nutritious, but they are also excessive and overflowing.  
Ironjaw Hide's appearance challenges the notion that "WE ARE WHAT WE EAT", and our identities are not simply determined by the food we consume. Our choices can lead us down unexpected paths, and sometimes those paths can be grotesque.  
Through his striking appearance, Ironjaw Hide invites viewers to explore the complex nature of existence. Our realities are shaped by a variety of elements, including the food we eat, and the line between beauty and grotesqueness is often blurred.  
Ironjaw Hide is proof that, in the midst of the grotesque, there can be beauty.
