Fairly long store, rectangular layout. Morning rock and talk radio playing. Efficient bagel staff, well-stocked deli cases with a variety of pastries. Lots of cream cheeses decorated on top to match their flavor (oreo crumbles, strawberries, etc.) Large drink selection. Bagel smell apparent. 4.5/5  
  
Bagel  
Extra large bagel, dime for scale. All standard toppings plus salt, one side only, very good distribution. Fresh but not hot, very light crunch on the bottom side. Just below difficult to chew. A very strong bagel.

Cream Cheese  
Served colder than desired. Overapplied, which in this instance is better than underapplied but still not ideal. Good flavor. Had me wishing I had the exact experience an hour earlier so the bagel could soften and melt the cream cheese. Nice texture from the scallion.
