Desiree was born in a small village in the middle of nowhere. She was the daughter of a blacksmith and a Weaver. As a child, she was always playing outdoors and getting into trouble. When she was 9, her parents were killed by a band of marauders who burnt down their home. Desiree was the only one who survived. She was taken in by the local lord and raised as his own. When she was old enough, she became a warrior and fought for her lord in battle. She was an excellent fighter and had a gift for strategy. After her lord was killed in battle, she became the leader of his troops. She led them to victory against overwhelming odds on many occasions. Her great deeds earned her the title of Valkyrie.
