"A" is for Anxiety

"It starts in with a heavy heart,  
     And a busy mind.

The walls closing in,  
     My breathing tight.

Thoughts race as I stand still.  
    Face covered, none of this is real.

Everyone is staring,  
    I dont understand.

Deep breaths,  
    A shaky hand as I try again.

Talking to my self,  
   Take it slow.  
       It takes a little while for everyone to grow.

Deep breaths,  
   A steady hand and Im ready to begin.

It ends with a sore soul,  
   And a quite mind.  
     One step,  
        One deep breath,  
           One moment at a time." - XI

This artwork represents the feelings and pain of anxiety. It echoes and anxiety attack that collided with my creative process. 

"A" is for Anxiety, is my heart spilled onto canvas, an intimate reflection of my internal battle with anxiety. While wrestling with another art piece, all my frustration and self-doubt escalated until my anxiety's spilled out all voer the page. Instead of withdrawing, I embraced the chaos, transforming the canvas into a sanctuary for unfiltered emotions.

When you look at "A" is for Anxiety, it's akin to peering into my scared soul during this anxiety attack. The struggle, the urgency to capture the intangible  it all unfolds in black and white. The acrylic drips echoing my emotions mirroring on the canvas, the chaos within.

The lines may seem jagged, the patches undefined, but they encourage beauty to emerges from the chaos  the layers of paint mirroring layers of emotion. "A" is for Anxiety captures anxiety's essence, painted with audacious vulnerability and strokes of courage.
