*This token entitles the holder to display one piece  for sale at The LA Art Show, Art Palm Beach, Photo Independent Milan, Context Art Miami and The Fabrik Society gallery on Nifty Gateway, with the net sales revenue being split equally between the artist and Fabrik Society. Net sales revenue is calculated as the gross revenue minus a 10% platform fees from Nifty Gateway, plus an additional .30 fee for sales made by credit card.
