The Forge

In a world since past, there lived a blacksmith named Cinder who was filled with anger and hatred towards the world. He was consumed by his emotions and his desire for power, that he decided to forge a mask of pure gold.

Cinder spent many long days and nights crafting the mask, pouring all of his negative emotions into it. The mask was said to be so beautiful that it could make even the most powerful of beings fall to their knees in awe. But, beneath its exterior, the mask was dark and filled with the malice that Cinder had put into it.

One day, Cinder presented the mask to a powerful king, claiming that it would bring him eternal power and success. The king, blinded by the mask's beauty, placed it upon his face. But as soon as he did, the mask fused to his skin and began to feed on his soul. The king's once just and fair rule turned into tyranny and darkness. His once-loyal subjects became fearful of him, and rumors of his evil ways began to spread throughout the land.

Years passed, and the mask became known as the "Mask of Cinder," a symbol of terror and oppression. Many brave warriors attempted to destroy it, but none could penetrate its golden exterior. It was said that only someone pure of heart, with a soul free of hate, could destroy the mask and release the king from its grasp.

One day, a young hero stepped forward, determined to rid the land of the mask's evil. This hero had lived a life of compassion and love, and was therefore immune to the mask's corrupting influence. With one swift blow, the hero shattered the Mask of Cinder and freed the king from its grip. The king, now humbled and filled with regret, begged for forgiveness from his subjects and vowed to rule justly once again.

The legend of the Mask of Cinder lives on as a reminder of the dangers of hatred and the power of love.
