Galenjak Island, also known as the "Island of Love," is a small heart-shaped island located in the Adriatic Sea, near the town of Turanj in Croatia.

Although not much is known about the island"s history, there is a local legend that says the island was formed by the tears of a fairy who fell in love with a local shepherd. The fairy"s tears formed a heart-shaped island where the couple could live happily ever after.
