Divergence

One of the hardest things about building long-form (non curated) generative art algorithms is balancing consistency with reliability. Sometimes, great algorithms completely break down with the right combination of parameters. Sometimes, the "wrong" set of parameters can still produce a masterpiece. The Comforting Embrace of Abject Chaos is the Divergence algorithm pushed to its absolute limits, representing both my perfectionism and the comfort that can be imposed by the breakdown of imperfect expectations.
