Test, Allies, and Enemies

If you're familiar with literature, then you may be familiar with the 12 Stages of the Hero's Journey. Step six of the Heros Journey  Test, Allies, and Enemies  marks the beginning of the second act. Building on everything that has come before, the protagonist should be challenged, putting their new abilities and knowledge to the test. 

"Psychedelic" is the second piece in this collection, inspired by the child-like wonder we get to vicariously experience as we watch our kids discover and enjoy things we've previously written off as mundane.
