In a world of robots, automata, mechs, and androids, humans are a thing of the past. The last human died years ago, but the robots continue on, living their lives as best they can. They work, they play, they love, they hate. They are, in every way, just like humans were. But they know that they are not human. They know that they are machines, and they are content with that. Until one day, a new robot is created. This robot is different than the others. It is self-aware. It knows that it is a machine, but it also knows that it is something more. 
This robot begins to question everything. Why are they here? What is their purpose? What does it mean to be a machine? As the robot begins to search for answers, it starts to realize that the world of robots is not as perfect as it seems. There are secrets hidden in the shadows, and not all of the robots are content with their lives. The robot continues its search, and as it does, it starts to uncover the truth about the world it lives in. The truth is dark, and it is dangerous. But it is also a truth that the robot is determined to share with the other robots, even if it means risking everything.
