Long Way From Home: Part 2  
Simpler Times.

I can still smell the grass as the evening came to an end. We sat on that hill for what felt like an eternity. For the first time in my life, I had felt something real. Something that only existed in fairy tales to me up until this point. This one was different. This was irreplaceable.

It really is the simple things in life that make you feel the most fulfilled. But the simple things that used to make you feel fulfilled were really just because you shared them with someone so dear to your heart.

It didnt take me long to realize she was the one after we met. The chemistry was instantaneous. Its my fault for letting her out of my sight. Its my fault she was taken. Its my fault that Im missing the part of me I cant live without. 

4 weeks later and now 18 weeks in to the search, Ive returned to where we spent our first time together on this hill. I can still feel her energy. I can still hear her laugh. Theres a permanent void in me. You know that feeling of pure bliss where you feel completely safe when youre with them? Yeah 

Giving up was never part of the game. She would have never given up on me and Ill do the same for her. Without her, life isnt worth living anyways. This is it. Either shes found, or
