Decayed Dreams

"Decayed Dreams" is an AI art piece seeded from a photo of an abandoned palace that I explored in Italy, on my honeymoon in 2019. When I explore abandoned places, I always imagine what life would have been like for the inhabitants during the building"s heyday. I imagine where the furniture would be set up, what kind of chores would have to be done, what the people did in their spare time and what their clothing would have looked like. I often wonder why people have to leave these beautiful architectural gems behind, and sometimes I put the research in to find out. Sadly, it"s not usually a happy ending.
