This is a digital photograph I captured while exploring the Mt Baker forest in Washington state.  A friend and I were on our way to a hiking trail when we passed this scene along the highway.  We quickly pulled over and jumped out of the car with our cameras snapping as many photos as we could, and within a few minutes the sunlight was gone.  Capturing fleeting moments like this is why I love photography.
