Async Blueprints

This is a mosaic of many of my watercolor paintings.
I sketch and paint daily on small  pieces of paper, cardboard and wood.
Recently  I started cutting the little characters of robots ,beasts, demons, and humans and than place them on the studio floor and arrange  the pieces creating an interesting composition. 

I go through this  process  arranging  and rearranging time an again and each time I am delighted and surprised to discover new connections and meanings. 

The Blueprint project is a parallel  digital universe to my physical universe. It affords me an opportunity to arrange and rearrange my pieces digitally and to come up with thousands of  interesting  and surprising combinations.
