What does the Hand do? It gives, it takes, it kills and many more, like the position of "Hand of the Dark Lord" He is one of the highest ranks of the dark cult, and also one of the most trusted companion of Dark Lord. 

He"s doing most of the important tasks within the cult. Managing financial, paperwork, court adviser and even kill or annihilate the enemy if it"s his order, he can do it and will do it all. 
The Hand is a heavy burden job, so he has a "Fallen Cherubim" (or Cherub) as his servant, a childlike angel who fall from grace but not yet corrupted by Chaos god. They"re all recruit to the cult and become great asset for him when he is working on paperwork.

From time to time, he also works as an ambassador in some special occasion, that"s mean he must travel to a lot of dangerous places all over the universe. That"s made him considered one of the strongest entities of the cult, and in the known universe...
