The Great Library next to the City Hall is a place where most people would avoid visiting without absolute necessity. It is full of best and rare books from all the kingdoms. But we all feel the creep of those 'pythons'. They would linger in the shadow and give you an intense stare. 

I'll tell you a secret; they are actually friendly after a mouse or two.

Cecilia is a stately librarian. She always wear pale dresses, they somehow make a good blend with her skin tone. Even though she was born blind, her rune is powerful enough for her to receive the ability to learn and 'see'. She has become one of the most powerful sage in the kingdom. But with great knowledge comes great sorrow. So she's reserved and solitary.

If you visit the great library and plan to do a reading session, please bring 2-4 mice (alive) and jasmine tea bag from a dried flower shop at the end of the market. Cecilia prefers the drink. She might suggest you real useful books.
