*Background Studies* is a series of abstract paintings depicting various scenes in nature. We should question the status quo of our environment from time to time to appreciate what we have and what should be secured for future generations. The scenes of jungle, sea, snow, dunes, sky and plains are meant to remind us of the beauties of nature that we often take too much for granted.  

*Numerata* raises awareness for the imbalances in this world. We point out critical issues, celebrate successes, and envision a more just world through the means of art.
