Voxel only mesh export of the entire Origin City of Cryptovoxels, taken on 12-13-19. Travel back to the pre-hype / money era of NFTs to the year 2019 when OG crypto artists poured into Origin City after the NFT frame update in April.

Through recurring parcel sales Ben Nolan had managed to go full time as a solo dev over the summer, shipping incredible features like voice chat and wearables while other platforms were still in their infancy.

The world was changing fast, new builds and neighbors (collectors and artists alike) were sprouting up everywhere. Origin City became to the Metaverse what Florence Italy was to the Renaissance age.

This snapshot became the last of its kind for awhile, regular world data backups did not happen until a couple years later in 2021 thanks to an Arweave grant. Many proof of concepts were engineered in the meantime by the M3 community using this world in order to illustrate new ideas, use-cases, and the possibilities of interoperability.
