...the world"s first floating members club, is coming to Miami in Spring of 2022 before expanding around the globe. 360 total memberships will be made available, and only 10 of them will be sold as "Forever Memberships" via NFT. ArkHAUS will auction each individually numbered 1 of 1 NFT, 1 month at a time. Win the auction and you hold the key to a Forever Membership for your lifetime, or whoever you sell it to. In addition, 350 Annual Memberships will be made available via a strict application process. ArkHAUS and Forever Membership details can be found in the description of each individual NFT auction. This NFT provides the holder a Forever Membership to the ArkHAUS floating membership club, herein known as "ArkHAUS".

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS 
Available at: cstm.haus/miami/arkhaus  While you may trade this NFT whenever you please, the  Forever Membership can only be transferred once per year. This is to prevent repetitive transactions to provide access to multiple people.

LAUNCH DATE 
ArkHAUS is expected to launch in the end of 2022

ACCESS 
All Forever Memberships will receive immediate access to the club on Opening Day. Annual Members will received access at different times based on 1) their membership number and 2) the arrival of the 4 vessels. 

APPLICATION 
While annual membership requires an application (with no guarantees of acceptance), the 10  Forever Memberships do not require are guaranteed acceptance. 

BACKGROUND CHECK 
While annual memberships require a background check to ensure the highest quality membership, the 10  Forever Memberships do not require a background check.

To better understand the existing CSTM HAUS membership program (the on-land membership club preceding ArkHAUS), please review this sample agreement. Your Forever Membership will not perfectly mirror the existing membership agreement, however, it will give you an understanding of how the membership works. Your Forever Membership will not have or need to purchase any additional membership. However, all members are expected to abide by a basic Code of Conduct. Repeat offenders may be expelled from their membership. By purchasing this NFT, you agree to abide by the final Code of Conduct that all members agree to abide by.
