Mr. Use Case

Time waits for no one but culture moves in cycles and if you stay rooted in your truth, that once in a lifetime moment loops back around to stare you in the face. 

Im a relatively new addition to the ranks of social media influencers, brought here by the revolution in social audio started on Clubhouse and expanding rapidly throughout the social media landscape. On my journey in this web3 space Ive been a journalist, an NFT artist/collector, a crypto miner/trader, a soapbox preacher and a reluctant leader. I have made mistakes and I have had successes, over the last 2+ years I have consulted for brands, projects, people, and communities, spoken at or hosted NFT conferences IRL and in The metaverse, been featured in a groundbreaking documentary about the space(NFTME), Ive been involved in exposing parasitic business practices and bad actors, Ive also been accused of being a bully or toxic.

I say all this to say Im having the fukking time of my life out here. I have a lot of peculiar thoughts about how to market people and products in a rapidly changing world where what you do FOR your money means as much or more than what you do WITH your money, I imagine that people would rather you showed them an actual viable use case that they could support and products or services they enjoy using or recommending. Instead of falling victim to deceptive advertising or subliminal targeting I dont think the kind of brand loyalty most of us want can come from anything other than a dedication to authentic engagement and delivering a consistency of quality not only in the products and services we provide but also the environment they are received in.

My contributions to this space no matter how small have been focused on being the change I needed as a young starving artist. The goals I set for myself in the beginning of the pandemic two years ago are now check marks on a to-do list balled up in the corner. So whats next you ask?
