Extraordinary

All too often, we take for granted our unique part in the cosmos.  After all, there will never be another you in this moment in time.  Your perspective, your identity, your contribution to others, and the fact that you exist here and now, is extraordinary.  
Through many struggles in my life, I often thought I would welcome the end of my life, or at least stop caring what would happen next.  But that all changed when I discovered that each of us is marvelous and significant in our own way.  
Watching this sunset unfold in Nebraska in June 2022, I felt a sense of unity and harmony with the universe.  Giving one more breath, and one more sunrise, is the opportunity to tell another part of my story.
