Extraordinary

Little did I know when I left home to chase storms on July 31, 2022 that I would end up standing in front of one of the most beautiful supercell storms in Arizona.  After stopping to overlook this valley I immediately stood breathless and paralyzed at the gate to Goliath"s fortress.  I craned my neck skywards, the adrenaline pulsing through my veins and knowing I had but moments to capture this fleeting moment.  I composed myself long enough to wintess the vibrant stack of cloud and turquoise color, but I pulled myself together long enough to grab my 12mm ultra wide lens to shoot nearly vertical for but seconds.   This is the kind of extraordinary moment that fuels my passion and purpose.
